African dish of the month: Cooked plantain and garden egg sauce

Food is an element of ourAfricaculture that we can not leave out nor forget. We Africans love our home made food and we love to share this. There’s no better feeling than seeing people enjoying your good stew or well prepared fried rice. Good enough reasons to celebrate an African dish each month. The month December’s dish is cooked Plantain with garden egg sauce. And we found a recipe to go with this one. Good to start Christmas with. See how it’s prepared under the cut. Make am go chop!

We found a good recipe on spicebaby.com. Here’s a tip from us, cooking an African stew does not take 5 minutes at all. Africans eat well cooked stew. If you want a proper stew, let it cook at well well.

Thanks to Spicebaby.com for the recipe.
